Donations are accepted in many forms. Our preferred method would be to send a check to:

You can also drop a check off at the Coffeyville American Legion or Veterans of Foreign Wars clubs in Coffeyville, or you can call or email any of the Committee Members in the contacts page to come pick it up from you.

You can also make a donation to one of our members at any of the events where we have set up a booth.

If you are filing taxes using the long form and need a receipt for a 501(c)(3) donation, this can be obtained through:

If the form does not show  Coffeyville Veterans Memorial Park Association Fund, then follow procedures below.

Select Donate and your form will show. 

In the middle of the form, there is a dropdown list of who to donate to.

We are listed as "Coffeyville Veterans Memorial Park Association Fund".

If your donation is for a Paver or Bench, make sure you put "Paver" or "Bench" in the notes section.

You will be mailed a receipt.
