Requirements:
Must either live(d) or have been
raised within 10 miles of the
Restlawn Cemetery.
(Cline & Woodland, Coffeyville, KS.)
Depending on how many names apply WITHIN
10 mileswe will extend the eligibility to 20
and then 30 miles.
Must have been Honorably or
General Under Honorable conditions discharged
or be an active duty soldier with over
180 days service. to be eligible for inclusion.
MAKE SURE YOUR DISCHARGE TYPE IS ON THE DD-214
If you are doing this on behalf of a deceased
soldier and they were killed in action,
let us know in the letter to us by noting
KIA after the branch.
